Shipping & Delivery
We keep things simple, shipping within the U.S. is a flat rate of $5 per order. Where it really gets exciting is if you order more than $49 when shipping is free. We do sometimes run specials so keep a lookout for when this deal gets even better. When the chosen shipping method is flat rate or free shipping, there is a 3-7 business day expected delivery window. However, shipping can always be upgraded using other USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping methods offered at time of checkout. If
you happen to reside outside of the U.S. you have the option of shipping
between a few methods as well, but since shipping abroad is crazy expensive we
suggest considering USPS First Class Mail if available since it is cheaper and
sometimes faster than Priority Mail.

Home respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. KMN
Home believes in keeping your information confidential. We only
collect information from you when you specifically and knowingly
provide such information. Any information we collect is used for the
purpose of providing you with a more satisfying and personalized
KMN Home does not share, sell or rent any personal information to other companies or third parties.
Returns & Replacements
Home is committed to providing quality products. There may be various
reasons for a return, please read our return policy to understand which
circumstances may apply to you in the event you want to process a return.
If a situation below does not apply to you please email us for further
Product Defects or Shipping Damage
situation applies if the physical product arrives damaged from
shipping or fails under normal usage within one (1) year of the order
date. If this situation applies to you we will send you appropriate
replacement parts at no additional cost in a timely fashion after you
notify us of the damage or defect. We may request a photo of the defect
or damage and/or we may provide pre-paid shipping arrangements to
return the defective or damaged parts back to us prior to approving the
return or shipping replacement parts to you.
Return of unopened, unused, undamaged product (30 days since receiving order)
situation applies if you have received your order but have not opened
the packaging or used the product within 30 days of receiving it and
have decided you do not want it. In this situation you must contact us
via email at email@example.com and request a return. We will reply with
instructions on how to repackage and ship the return back to us. We are
not responsible for the cost of repackaging or shipping or insuring
your items. Once the items are returned to us they will be inspected
for shipping damage and to verify that original packaging is intact and
there is no damage to parts. We are not responsible for shipping
damage, it is up to you to insure or claim return shipping damages with
the courier. We will notify you with emailed digital photos if there
is shipping damage. If the returned items are opened from their
original packaging or parts were used or damaged no refund will be
given. We will notify you with emailed digital photos if original
packaging arrives opened or parts are used, damaged, or missing. If we
receive your approved return items unopened, unused, and undamaged we
will refund your original charge less any shipping fees and less 15%
for a restocking fee.
All Other Situations
If the situations listed above do not
apply to you we will not honor or process a return. You may contact us
and request a return anyway by providing us your case of special
circumstances, but refunds will be at our sole discretion.
We accept the following credit cards for online purchases:
Sales Tax, Tariffs & Import Fees
Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax, sorry about that, but our shipping point and company is located in Michigan. Look on the bright side though, at least it's not California State Tax. If you are having us ship internationally, you may be required to pay customs duty, tariffs and other import fees when bringing product into your country. Again, it stinks, but those are the rules and the responsibility of the purchaser.
